Dear God,
Could it be the man standing there could be the man for me?
Should I stay or should I walk away from the fear of falling?
Falling for a man who started out as my friend and a friend I want to keep.
A man, a lover and a friend is the package that I want,
That I need, but at what costs do I get something so good?
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger a wise woman said to me.
But, enduring all the hurt I've felt from the past
Has left my heart with a hole in it.
Thank you God, I am still alive,
Although there was pain I have managed to get stronger,
And see the sunshine through the rain.
So could it be that the man standing there could be the one for me?
So this prayer I send to you is asking for some sign,
To shine some light onto this man and put his life in mine!
