Then with strokes of your keyboard

And look what happened.
It felt as if I had seen the sun
For the very first time.
You were so bright and warm
And open and kind.
How could I resist the yearning to stand
In the light of your love?
You bathed me in romantic hues
And touched me in so many different ways.
You sang me love songs,
You wrote me poetry,
You wrapped your love in special gifts
That made my heart float,
Dance and feel true ecstasy.
I have never felt so loved or cared for.
Finally, you came to me,
Late one night,
With only the rain and thunder
And candlelight.
We talked,
We touched,
And finally we kissed.
A kiss of such bliss.
I have never experienced a love
Like this.
Forever and a day...
Together...
I pray.
