A gleam of brightness came out from nowhere,
Through it I see a man who's such a debonaire.
An ebullient feeling came from deep within me,
Long forgotten sensations start to break free.
My first glimpse of him strikes an eternal silence within,
I don't know if I can still bear such an intolerable feeling.
I found my solace in him for he gently caressed my soul,
His smile radiates even from the darkest hole.
He whispered to my ear that caused sudden sorrow,
His uttered words pierced deeply and the ache started to grow.
My heart was throbbing loudly as he said the word goodbye,
But I know that my dream that was left behind will continue to soar high.
Because he left a pledge that someday he will come back,
I'm quite relieved though sometimes sad feelings attack.
The emptiness inside me makes me feel oblivion,
Yet a remnant of his promise remains in my imagination...
