Seasons Of Love

Like the gentle breeze of spring
That softly moves the leaves
You walked right into my life
Much happiness to bring.

As the flowers began to bud
And their magical colors arrive
Our hearts reached out to catch the
Love that rushed in like a flood.

Summer brought the heat of day
And sultry, starry nights
The passion of our love could match
The hottest temperature sent our way.

Autumn came in bold and bright
And cooled our nights and days
Did our love too have to change
And our talks turn into fights?

As the leaves dropped from the trees
And lost their autumn glow
Our love lost its special bond
And we just let it flee

Winters winds are bitter and cold
They blow in and chill the bones
What we once had is almost gone
It’s become sad and oh so cold.

The sparkle of the snow has forced
Its whiteness into gray
Our hearts now are bitter cold
The seasons of love has gone its course.
