I see you approaching in the distance, The sun shines brightly from up above. To the side sweeps a delicate rainbow, Everything in my sight I know I truly love.
From the way your smile shines brighter, Than a million stars in the midnight sky, The way I begin to fly away with you as, You look at me with a glance eye to eye.
You come closer and then take my hand, Your fingers perfectly interlock with mine. I close my eyes and wait for your touch, Softly our lips brush and bodies entwine.
One sweet kiss and my heart skips a beat, The wind sweeps its fingers through my hair. We are lifted up as one into the clouds, Here I feel the love that you wish to declare.
One second can seem like many lifetimes, I only wish that you and I should never part. The rain pours yet never drenching our love, The tears I cry fall deep inside my heart.
Still holding your hand I gaze at the moon, I plead you to never let go of what we share. You promise with all your heart you will, “I’ll hold you forever in my heart, I swear.”
