I have read many poems, and yet none fit right
The words I feel, just never came out right
She knows who she is, and that I speak of
She knows she is the one, the only that I think of
She leaves me now, and how it hurts
Will she ever understand, or does she even hurt
I know deep down that she will,
But how long?, it's unto God's will
Oh how my heart aches
As the tears slowly fall
Can my heart stand the pain
Until at long last I have cried them all
Slowly now I lift my face
For I can feel a gentle breeze
Did I hear you calling out my name
Or is it just the rustling of the leaves
I’ll never give up
For you I can’t, I won’t quit
But together, the two of us, we can try
And make the pieces all fit
I live to make you happy
And I swear this is true
If you can tell me I can’t
Then I will never again bother you
But if I still can make you happy
Don’t give up, cause I won’t
You are everything to me
So if you don’t want to give up, don’t
The pain can’t heal itself
But to give up it will never end
Just know I am always here, only for you
So all my love to you I send
It is sweet bliss,
I still dream about our first kiss,
But it can't be true; I must lose you,
Because you don't love me the way
I do you!
My feelings are now shattered,
And new tears are born.
One single thought remains...
Will I ever love again?
Don't know how I'll feel tonight or tomorrow
One minute I'm happy, the next filled with sorrow
You messed up so much its hard to forgive
But a life without you is a hard life to live
In my bed I lay and begin to pray
That tomorrows the day this pain goes away
I opened my heart without fear,
But you still now turn me away,
I told you my feelings the best I knew how,
But you still leave now,
And all I feel is pain,
And now all I do is wish,
That I didn't get attached to you!
God what should I do?
Should I give up on her?
Should I move on from her?
Should I wait for her?
Should I even expect an answer from her?
