When we talk,
A warm feeling stirs inside.
I don’t know what to call it
But it feels so good.
If only I could touch you,
Like your voice touches me.
I feel like I’ve known you,
And you’ve known me.
I can’t wait ‘till we are together,
So we both can see.
I think of you often.
But can touch you only in my dreams.
Close your eyes.
Feel the warmth of my hand as
I softly touch your face.
Feel the heat of my breath,
As I rest my head on your chest.
If only it were real
And you were there when I awoke.
Do you feel the heat?
I really need to know.
Somehow, from so far away
I think you’ve touched my soul.
