Trapped so long, Bound by a love, I didn't feel, I said that I did, Held you every night, But somewhere deep inside, I knew I could do better. But every time I opened my mouth, To speak those words, That would pull us forever apart, You looked at me with such love in your eyes, I couldn't stand it, I lied again, My resolve melts, and I give in again, It always seemed I'm falling again.
