So little time we’ve known each other,
And yet, I feel I’ve known you for years.
For, I think about you every second,
And that drags time on and on.
If only I had confidence, which I don’t,
I would tell you you’re beautiful..
I don’t know how to say this,
Though, I’ve rehearsed it a million times.
Every time I see you, I don’t feel you’re ready
to hear what I’m dying to say,
And I walk away sad that you still
don’t know you’re beautiful to me.
I realized that I have to start slow,
Because I started to push and that
caused some problems for you,
But I hope those times can be forgotten,
And we can go back to before.
You seem so different to me online and in person.
We had so many chats where I could swear
our relationship went into love.
But later, when we met in public,
Your mood changes and I am puzzled..
Is it still the one bad feeling you had?
I hope we can mend it closed,
because to let you go would be very painful for me.
The day I head away to college,
I don’t care how good or how bad
our relationship has become,
I’m going to tell you many of my thoughts
that I had about you, and that, you’re beautiful.
