They flutter like butterflies through the air, Floating on the wind without a care. Bringing peace to all in their path of flight, Resting high above us each and every night. Keeping a watchful eye on the world below, Bringing Gods word so we all will know. That His love for us will never fail, That He walks beside us no matter how rocky the trail. To keep us safe and free from harm, Holding us tight underneath His arm. Hoping we will follow His words of love, And one day join Him in the heavens above.
