Talking To Me

As I slowly turn my head,
I see Him smiling at me
I am awestruck yet calm
What do I say to Him?
How can I thank Him?
"Relax, you are My son"
"No words need to be spoken"
"I know your wants and needs"
He whispers so gently
Peace rushes over me
"I have never left you"
"Open prayers will now be fulfilled"
"I have summoned many Angels"
"Its time for your life to begin"
"Just sit back and listen"
"You have requested guidance"
"Waiting can be so frustrating"
"I know youve heard me talk about patience"
"And how rewarding it can be"
"I am here to show you"
"Your hand will now be taken"
I reach out towards Him
"No turning back"
"Your faith now rewards itself"
"My Loves the gift"
"You will be My words"
"Share them with others"
"Talk the talk"
"Walk the walk"
"Show me why I have chosen you"
"You will not let me down"
My face floods with tears
I looked away for an instant
And he was gone....
