Entrusting you so freely seems natural to me, This time in my life. Everything feels as proper as it should feel. Other than two previous men in my life, one being my father, You are the second person that I feel safe with.
When I am with you, I can be myself. I can act silly, cry, be happy or upset. You show concern for whatever the feeling is. If I am hurt, you share the hurt with me. If I need to talk, you will listen The best part is that you hear me! When I am down, you lift me as nobody else can do.
We have made promises to each other Those promises are only between us. Nobody else shares them. I believe in you I know that you will take care of me I know that you will be there for me I trust that you will keep your promise, as I will to you.
Please entrust me to whatever decisions we will make from here on. I know I have that trust in you, As you have in me. As I am entrusting you so freely, From this day forward.
