You are the one I’ve been waiting for
Like a star loves the night sky
So you are the one I adore
I’ll be your sunshine after the rain
I’ll be there in your time of pain
I’ll be your cloud up in the sky
And I’ll catch every tear that falls from your eye
It doesn’t matter where you are or where you’ve been
I’ll always be your best freind
No matter how far you’ve gone
I’ll always welcome your hart back home
Sometimes I wonder if life is a dream
And if it is, will you be there when I awake
Maybe it would be easier if it was a dream
Then I would be able to tell you what I can’t speak
If I had a wish to make
I wouldn’t waste it on silver or gold
Nor would I want all the stars in heaven
For what are riches untold if I don’t have you
So If I had a wish to make I would wish for you
