Friendship Never Ends
by Valerie Taylor
Your kiss so sweet
Your touch so calm
Your genuine heart
Is on my mind
We were just friends
For such a long time
Then we did what we shouldn't have
Now we're in a bind
Is it worth the risk
To lose that bond
The one of friendship
Or can we go beyond
Could we miss out
On something so great
Or should we stop here
Before it's too late
I did not know
How to decide
I thought it could be special
A wonderful ride
Our minds different
Our hearts alike
I was up for anything
But you were right
We must stop here
Lets not do this again
They say love conquers all
But friendship never ends.
